Discounts for longer terms of lease possible!

Rent, Deposit and cleaning rate for the complete term of lease are generally payed in advance. The rent for a month has to be payed till the first of the following month for terms of lease longer than a single month.

2,00 € per towel

DSL-connection:
Flatrate 1,50 € p.day if requested

Final Cleaning:
35,00 €

Deposit:
200,00 € (will be refunded in case of a free from defects checkout. Needed as reservation ensurance and for possible defects of the interior)
