Rental prices:
Weekly stays
November-April: € 300.00
May and October: € 350.00
June – September: € 370.00
Christmas / New Year (23.12.-02.01.): 500.00 €

Short stays:
Weekend (Fri Mon, 3 nights): € 130.00
Midweek (Mon-Fri, 4 nights): € 150.00
Week (7 nights arrival and departure Fri or Mon)

Arrival and departure:
Arrival time usually from 3 p.m., depending on the arrangement, a different time can be agreed.
The departure time will be agreed with you when booking.

The rental prices include the costs for water, electricity and heating. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also included, as well as free WiFi.

The cost of final cleaning is € 40.00.
The deposit is € 250.00.

The minimum stay is 3 days. In the case of a shorter stay, the price for the minimum stay will be charged.

The apartment is only rented to adults of up to two children.
